Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for cancelling within 8 hours before your appointment. I think this is reasonable since most salons have a 48 hour time frame to cancel. If you are a no-show for your appointment, you will also be charged the full amount of your service. You have 10 minutes past your appointment to not be considered a no-show.
